This site is my web development and design portfolio. I have been working in professionally as a web developer / designer since 2004. While web design and development is my main focus, I also have done some print work.

As a designer/developer, I am always striving to improve my skills in both disciplines. My goal is to be completely satisfied with both my programming skills and with my design skills. Until then, I will continue to work on and improve both areas.

The web work shown below is a little bit of everything. Some projects were handled from inception by me, others were built in collaboration with co-workers. The technologies used span from PHP to ColdFusion, and some are integrated with an ASP-based e-commerce system, customized to fit the specific needs of the client. ColinBayer.com - What started off as a portfolio turned into a blog and photo-sharing site. Full PHP blog development from scratch (no templates here!) with a back-end content management system makes my own site easy to use.

Natrol/NuHair - The front page was designed by someone else, but all back page templates and layouts were designed and developed (with PHP) by me (with the exception of the online store), including CSS-friendly dropdown menus.

Gilad - This site was a collaboration - The site's design was my own, with enhancements and the form functionality (bottom of each page) developed by a coworker.

Juven - The E-Commerce portion of the Juven site, with full e-commerce integration. Also features Flash video. While the design was outsourced, the concept changed based on the client's needs, so it was my responsibility to come up with a 3rd concept based on two initial comps. Additionally, all back page design, development and E-Commerce integration done by myself.
